Black Hawk War Bonnet

This Black Hawk War Bonnet Headdress was made by Lillian Romero of the Laguna people.

It is made with all black feathers with black and vibrant red feather fluffs at the feather base. Each feather is tipped with vibrant red fluffs and generous portions of long, flowing black horse hair for good luck.

The brow band is hand beaded andhand sewn with matching rosettes on either side, holding genuine rabbit fur drops with leather or ribbon fringe [varies].
