1875 Replica War Bonnet

An 1875 Replica War Bonnet Headdress, hand crafted by Lillian Romero of the Laguna people. It is made with hand colored brow imitation eagle feathers. Each feather is tipped with hand cut leather spots and genuine horse hair. Also, each feather is delicately hand painted in vibrant colors along the feather vein in intricate detail.

There is a thick row of white and beige feather fluffs at the main feather base. The brow band is hand beaded and sewn with matching rosettes on either side, holding genuine Coyote tail fur drops and leather fringe. This is an awesome piece of work!
